    Fixed Price Support Services

     

    Remote monitoring and patching

    Designed to support in house teams or companies concerned about spiralling support budgets, this service is intended for you. We look and listen to your systems then let you know when something isn’t going well. But we won’t do anything until authorised by you, giving you total control of your IT support costs.
    Includes:
    • 24×7 remote system monitoring
    • A client login for you to carry out your own systems monitoring.
    • Monthly Microsoft patch management if requested
    • Managed monitoring during office hours standard SLA 08:00 – 18:00
    • Out of hours managed monitoring available on request

     

    Remote monitoring and management – all of the above including remote support and management

    If your IT doesn’t justify employing a full time resource, or they are busy on other projects. The remote monitoring and management service offers everything required for the remote support of your IT for a fixed monthly fee. The only time you’ll incur extra charges is when an onsite visit is required, or work is completed outside of standard office hours.

     

    Remote monitoring and management with scheduled onsite visits.

    Whilst your company may not need a full time resource, sometimes a friendly face every so often would be beneficial. Our full service gives you all the remote support your systems need, with the added benefit of regular scheduled visits all for a fixed monthly fee.
     

    Pay as you Go

    Based on the advanced purchase of blocks of hours, they can then be used for any of our services. When we say all our services we mean it, hours purchased in advanced can be drawn down for scheduled, or ad-hoc support. Installation services and even our entry level fixed price support service can be paid with by hours being held on account.
